Latest RNS would suggest that this is now a straight forward Acquisition on the part of WAD, will have to wait for the admission document but it certainly looks positive for WAD going forward - imho

these are short term figures, with a producton increase of 400% the SP could very well rocket long term.

Id imagine this will be weeks rather than months so it shouldn't be such a lengthy lock in imho. Shareholders will vote in favour as it's all good for WAD going forward.

yep too much hot air on TMP, look for facts, WAD looks a good play.

I think MM must be short on shares, widened the spread 4 - 5p, I still think it is worth investing in though
