My point is that they are going nowhere, and if the bid fails from the vote, they will want to make it a done deal once and for all with an improved offer. They won’t want to risk delays which may give a better opportunity for a counter bid, especially if metal prices continue to rocket through 2026. I don’t have to sell and I’m not. Perhaps because we are in an offer period for all the shares in the whole company, proposing to hive off assets separately is forbidden during this period , or at least not ideal timing
