Volume today is pretty strong again too. 709,636 so far today
That was a good one for sure :

Confidence seems to continue to build in POLY. I'm almost surprised we haven't seen any notifications of holding from II's starting to reinvest
The gold price does keep bouncing off 1900. The top today was 1903 for all of about 22seconds.
Staying on Russian related mining companies, you get the likes of EUA who often have a spread of 15-25% which is mental, but reflects the fact it's a 'faith based' share with sky high risk. POLY is a safer bet as it's an established company with amazing production so was giving a spread of 5%-10% while the war created large uncertainty but now gives a spread of 1-3% as the uncertainty and risk reduce or become normalised. The uptick in gold and weakening of the Ruble help with the security of POLY I'm sure. I'm not a professional in these things, so all views my own and DYOR blah blah blah
The more popular and stable a share is then the narrower the spread generally. A larger spread is an indication of more risk, more volatility, less chance to sell. Easier to show in a live market and on a screen than to describe.
There's also Mr 25,000 and Mrs 15,500ish to keep an eye on today ;-
I do have access to the full trades list and I'd call that for a buy
Price meandering back toward 1900 after a dip. Should make the Q1 figures positive
The spread just shows the difference between the offered for sale shares and the offers to buy shares. I'd share a picture here of L2, but it's not great for that sort of thing on these forums. The actual buy or sell price you can achieve is often somewhere in the middle where the spread is large or bang on if it's small. Most large companies have a spread of 0.01% or whatever.
Straight up to 1900 we go. Should bode well for POLY this year
five mins to go and gold is up to 1890 already. Looking positive to go through 1900 today.
Don't encourage it. Report the troll posts amd move along. No need to engage.
1:30pm should be interesting for the value of gold. US CPI data is out and looks likely to push gold above 1900. It looks mostly priced in already tbh.

It has, but it's a great interview to highlight.
Oops. On the wrong share with that volume. It's currently 355,605 for Poly
volume is currently 258,000 which was roughly correct for when you posted too.
Nice one, thank you.
Does anyone have a link confirming these to 25th of January? I'd certainly expect them at the end of Jan, but I can't see a confirmed date on the website yet. Cheers!
