We are making solid progress on the RTO, DD has been completed and negotiations on how we can best sucker punch the retail sector continues.

The stalemate with our money tree partners continues, we continue to shake that tree, but so far nowt.

We continue to default on payment in the hope it will eventually force our partners to concede to our terms.

A further update will come via our retail partners who are apparently in direct contact with the "chair" (more a commode)

Not the appointment RNS, that don't count as an "update" that is just them letting more snouts into the swill trough. I mean the UPDATE on the disastrous & precarious state of affairs they have got this outfit sitting in.

Nearly 3 weeks since that message and nowt, not even a dribble of useful info from them !! 4 months into suspension, yes 4 months !!!!

Is the "chairman" you got your "headsup" from actually lady of aim ?? coz she is about as reliable with info as this outfit is ??

Ultimately, you are just arguing over the crumbs, if it had quietly crept up to initial flow rate levels or higher, 30-50% overall increase then great, THAT is worth shouting about, and THAT is enough to make a notable difference to revenues and MC value.

BUT it hasn't, and it is looking highly likely that this is about as good as they can squeeze out of it, they have staved off what was a notable liquids induced surface flow decline (for now) but I don't think anyone has been even slightly impressed with their resulting efforts, and it clearly isn't enough to generate enough to make payments to Trafigura without some serious begging for mercy and a rejig !!

Well I guess ANY slight improvement is FAR better than showing more decline, seems to be stabilising in the 0.14 area fairly well.

Though, it is way off the mark for what should really have been !! and I doubt it will improve much above today's numbers.

It does NOT matter what news they release, YOU will always come on here and throw your negativism around, it's like you always fall out of bed the wrong side every day 365 days a year.

All I do know is that 90% minimum of their effort & focus should be on what is around them NOW, meaning to get their ship in order, get it profitable, or at least prove it possible, and demonstrate you have the capacity to carry out the near term further upgrades to the wells/site that are needed to at least maintain production rates.

Personally, I think the RTO is just a bullshine smokescreen to distract eyes from the abomination they have made of the running and financing of the company & SLBY.

Lets stick with just hearing from them that they have managed to patch the gaping hole in the titanic and they are able to continue the journey.

Arteee, what you failed to note in your post is that such rises are delivered on GOOD management, DELIVERY and PERFORMANCE, all of which this lot fail to achieve.

HAD they done the right things at the right times and stuck to the original program then THIS outfit would have seen far more than a 400% rise 3+ years ago, ANYHOW we all know the story, and we all know why it is sitting, technically in default with some spurious RTO story to muddy the waters a bit.

Well one thing we DON'T need to speculate on is that this shower has made a right royal mess of things so far, apart from managing to produce enough to maintain a pulse, but that is about all...

Well they are LOWS that should NEVER have been seen for some time to come, and as said before, you are haggling over what "might" get them to breakeven against an ever increasing debt mountain & essential Capex/Opex requirements, which is of NO value to anyone other than Trafigura and this shower themselves (ohh and maybe to other nose in trough mobs that hang on in there)

It is ONLY of any use if they can near double production without spending another borrowed money mountain to do it, which at this time looks hugely unlikely.

When you don't even get close to your CPR projections, and you loaded the field with debt using that info, then you end up where we are today, under water, under producing, under funded, overloaded with an ever increasing debt mountain that you have already proven you cannot pay back, even with a free grace period.

The begging bowl is out, and it looks like there is no quick solution to the debacle created by them and the now Technically defaulted outfit.

Smart money would have been to under state and over deliver, but not a chance of that with this shower.
