You forgot to mention Ocelot, that this shower ALSO lost a phenomenal amount from the first 2 years of "honeymoon" production through self inflicted delays, and horrendously low hedging, missing out on ALL the enormously high prices that followed.

It all probably equates to 10's of millions ££££££ lost through bad management and bum deals, ALL avoidable at the time too.
