Personally I do not believe Chariot will split their renewables sector out from the Hydrocarbons sector, the fact they went into the renewables is actually part of having a percentage of the whole company with green credentials, something that many hydrocarbon companies are trying to show on their portfolio in this changing world we live in.

I wouldn't say zero, that's a bit harsh, IF and it is very much still an IF, they do get the deal over the line and provide the right level of detail, and provide a working forward plan and provide some guidance on how they intend to fund that, then yes, an uplift is very possible, but 140% ?? stretching it somewhat !!

Thing is Ocelot, when they throw a spread as they did for much of today, 0.035 - 0.045, which is around 29%, then they can often bang buys/sells hugging one side of the mid to suit their needs, and it shows those trades automatically determined by the mid point which usually is incorrect.

Prompting a 140% rise off the back of today with a lack of info on the deal is ermmmm pretty high expectations lol

Makes me wonder if the stock is being "conditioned" for the "potential" of the remaining £6m payday loan being at risk of conversion.

Trafigura and Angus may well be in a tussle with trying to quash the existing hedge & 8% royalty deal, a key part of what Trafigura will want in total consolidation and control of all gas coming out of SLBY.

I mean, Angus didn't really hold back on letting the £3m payday go to conversion, and they may also look at it as a "placing by default", so they kinda pass the debt to dilution, and they get to hold a further £6m from the eventual new finance deal for greater working capital.
