I suggest everyone reads the annual report and particularly looks at the p&l and balance sheet and take a view whether this business should be valued at 18 million.

Current liabilities are very very manageable even without selling some planes.
7 million quid net profit in H1 too and Brent ahdvthe pound are moving the right way. H2 is going to be better than expected

It’s their smallest hangar not their ruddy HQ, horrendous journalism yet again.
Sell the bigger hangar and you have 7-10 million minimum.

Are the main S&L specialists, they will be very interested in the planes, rather than chasing the loans on the balance sheet.

So delighted they have gone down this avenue and it sends out a clear signal that the bidders will have to bid more.

Next year that they are commuting to, could be a good deal to cancel them and do an s&l with the same company. A sale and leaseback is a very attractive proposition for units and yearly targets

This a game changer as per the rns on Wednesday this was an option mentioned but we all assumed they were going down the route of rolling over for bids.

On the head it now opens up the very possibility of a s&l on the planes easing 200 million plus. Who needs depreciating assets anyway :-)

The hangar could be related to a future maintenance agreement on the planes as well

Why is the mc at 18 million PMatlock think you missed the boat. Imagine an s&l on the planes there will be lots of calls going in from offering companies after that rns. 5 mill for an empty hangar :-)

A half 6 million after vat in spare funds for cash flow a third of the entire market cap. Remember they have 300 million quid worth of planes 15p tomorrow for starters
