A merger with serica is not required as we have lowered our net debt substantially, colossal tax credits, we are increasing our production and we are still making sizeable sums in free cash flow despite what has been chucked at us.

If I wanted to invest in serica I would have previously.

This market cap is beyond obscenely low for what we have.
