I agree that Enquest is the strongest company by some margin but mr market does not agree at present.

30p I think is a bit far fetched but I do believe it will have to be north of 22p for all of us shareholders to agree.

I personally see no interesting in holding the joint company as I always envisaged a realistic valuation of 35-50p over the next 3-4 years.

How much does AB think Enquest is worth in its current form.

Realistically I believe it will be around 400 million.

We all know the medium term potential here and it’s going to be way North of that value.

I’m expecting a rerate to at least 16-17p in the next few weeks.

Not a chance any of us would take a deal valuing our holdings at 20p or less.

Stevo great insight as always the only aspect I completely disagree with is the £200-£300 and a 55-60% share.

This deal is unwelcome and AB does not need to even entertain a deal at all let alone a valuation that undermines the lean and robust enquest that we have now.

I see a 60/40 split and a max of 50 passes back to serica shareholders.

Now holding eye watering amounts but this company is the most undervalued listing in the UK.

Dividends, a transformational deal, massively reduced net debt, hundreds of millions of cash a very heavily invested CEO and billions in tax losses.

I see a four bagger from this level in the near future.

Ed you are speaking absolute nonsense the only reason electricity prices is because of your failed solar farms which were destroyed in the winter storms, the so called wind turbines which cannot be utilised when it gusts above 40mph and he has comprehensively destroyed any investment in the North Sea.
