5. USE OF PROCEEDS
On completion of the Proposed Disposal, Ormonde will remain committed to and active in its trading business, which is the evaluation, development and potential acquisition of mineral assets, and will have sufficient working capital for its present requirements.
Ormonde will retain its exploration and development assets in Spain, being the Salamanca and Zamora Gold Projects and its assets relating to the La Zarza Copper-Gold Project. Following completion of the Proposed Disposal, the Board will assess options to maximise value for Shareholders for these assets in the medium term. This looks so undervalued now but do they actually want this down to the all time low of 1.02? The market mafia are so ruthless and corrupt I would not rule it out.

Up with another 200,000 and am now holding 600,000. No brainer at 2.7 million mc and soon there will be 6 million in cash 400k of outstanding cash in the bank and a 5 million pound gold mine.

Can see a 1.5p target quick smart. Shhhh keep it quiet :-)
