To be fair I have to agree with your post and you are 100% correct that the outgoing directors should hang their heads in shame.

The above being said this is extremely undervalued now at less than a third of cash and assets. It is clear as day that the proceeds of the 5 million quid will go into the existing gold assets they have.

I feel for long term shareholders who have every right to revolt and must be seething. However, in this case the deal is in the best interests of shareholders.
