Jester you have not read my comments I am very bullish for early next week and have very sizeable in enq. However there is no way in the world Brent will stay over the 35-40 level for longer than a few days.

Wake up and smell the coffee we are entering into a once a century event which has already triggered more trillions of money pumping, unsustainable debt levels, dire consumer spending, a wall of redundancies, a collapse in house prices, hundreds of thousands of zombie companies being propped up that are on a precipice. Who is going to pay the price us hardworking, high tax paying parents who already have not a penny to run together.

It’s ok keep on working on HS2 with your thousands of workers sitting in their vans doing nothing but glued to their phones 120 ruddy billion making it 15 minutes quicker for business travellers to get from London to Birmingham. Stop it now and support the nhs and get the PPE gear out ASAP to the true heroes.

The talk of 45p etc is crazy though we are in the midst of Global depression like nothing seen since the 1930’s.
Global demand for oil has not been this low since the 60’s. Some are saying demand has dropped by 20-25 million barrels a day.

Millions of households companies were already under significant strain as personal, corporate and international debt levels were at all time highs just before. The average hardworking U.K. family is taxed beyond belief and continues to barely get by every month myself included. Now we have more money pumping and vast sums of more national debt and who will pay for it? Us of course.

Ride the rally but I would not advise topping up considerably on Monday. A cut is hugely welcome but being realistic a Brent crude price of 35-40 won’t hold for long we have only just entered into the global lockdown.

Just don’t want people spiked the volatility will be huge over the coming months.

How long will it take until people feel confident enough to go out and mix in public spaces and at events. It could take months at the very least.

And then we have the calamity that is brexit being run by a bunch of utter buffoons.

This virus is devastating and we just need to come out safe and well but some need to fully understand the true implications of what an impact this will make on our financial future.

Strong buy for Monday but I will be well out come in early next week.
