Lloyds looks a thumping buy now. With resolution in sight apart from people failing to keep up and trying to block something that won't come about will remove uncertainty for Lloyds. The two uncertainties now are p p I and what the liability is and uncertainties on exchange rages. Will they go on buying back in the future. I would rather see special divs
