219 million shares in issue. The Gladstone short is still 1.06% so the short in sterling terms is roughly 1.6 million pounds a bit less than your estimate but stats could be wrong

good question. Two things would help the share price. Firstl they should take the plunge and have a full listing. They are the biggest aim stock. Second they should start paying dividends. This would open them up to institutions some of whom have a restriction on aim shares and others such as pension funds prefer an income stream.
