Value could be zero if its zero when exchanged/sold. Value of shares is not zero, Value of your father's holdings doesnt change due to his unfortunate demise.

You need a simple lawyer to pass the estate to beneficiary (named in the Will, if any). Brokers and banks will need that certificate of attorney etc. Its tedious issue recalling from what my cousin went through - but bureaucracy equates to pain.

I am sorry but I wasnt discounting their holdings. My view is in the wake of SP Fall. Its not a fundamental issue, I am in this company and am not fretting about SP at all.

I meant to say that since price has effectively halved from 16p sale, if directors were to buy this cheap, a new wave could easily be established.

That's all.

Equally those wishing to see SP going back to 16p - I think that private investors alone might not be able to cover the gap.

We need Directors to buy to attract Insitutional+Corporate investors.

Weight-by-weight or see-saw on a lever,

I do think that we should all send emails to EVRH brokers compelling directors to buy a million or two shares, which they can sell later once its over 20p etc.

Yes a company director or company itself or employees can buy any number of shares through open market or through further investment into the company.

Anyone can buy as many shares in open market.

For company directors, they have to reveal their position publicly that's all.

Certain other positions, govt or sensitive also have to declare their holdings in any/all businesses.

Until it goes up, there's no stopping.

Everyone's buying the dips, why arent Directors' buying the dips ?
