You have a point and am personally not bothered by relisting, as I have said that so often.

Some people have natural worry about their money vanishing, I cant guarantee that, neither can you.
At the same time there are inconsistencies in the RNS.

We cant blame each other for this scenario.

But as a fellow investor - you could just support someone like me.

Its not that easy, if we are share holders of a company making bilions, we will be getting dividends.
Also financial scrutiny is big issue,

Your 3 points are good but only the first one completely defy the U2-Theory, which am happy to concede.
The 2nd and 3rd point dont categorically exclude U2.

In my own head, the biggest reason for it to not be U2 is that U2 are a pain in the arse, I mean I dont know how desperate a small company would be - but I would rather than shove a broken bottle of Jameson up my arse than to have to listen to U2 Management.
