They need a lot - whole a lot more money to work this out.

For that reason dilution is necessary to release more shares.
This isnt as bad as it could be worse.

Either do this or get a loan, which is going to be way too costly with interest rates going up.
Also I doubt a good loan would be available, liabilities are too high.

As for sneaky attempt or shadyness (if that's a word) - that's least surprising, sad but true.

I am personally over the accounting tactics.

The Liam Page live gig was a showcase gig

It showcased the functionality and management of MVR.
Everything went smooth.

1. Ticketing through TicketMaster
Came in my email, print out or scan, ticket accepted - went smooth.

2. Venue
Hiring, entrance, promotion and posters, entrance - went smooth.

3. Actor, performer, band
Could have been anyone, nice and timely - went smooth

4. Live Streaming.
Live stream went straight to Devices, you guys saw it.
Liam Payne said hello to fans in Europe and Americas.
All went smooth.

5. Recorded Gig
Available on MVR App and working fine.

The whole showcase came out 10/10.
Just like any other gig would.

First there was quality issue,
Live and Recorded Quality were good.

But the main thing I noticed is how they were placed.

Standalone in different directions.
Which made me think these cameras can be placed anywhere.

For example with Ally Pally or any venue for that matter;
EVRH can have permanent cameras installed.
At any position, At any angle.
And they are turned on and relay the recording remotely.

That significantly reduces the operational costs.
And labour salary costs.

This actually allows EVRH to have a proper Head Office.
And not loads of regional offices with loads of staff.

Added to the camera functionality is what I thought;
Feature of a Presenter,
So if they hire a famous/known presenter
Who presents the live gig before it starts, interviewing the gig goers in the queue
Then during the recess (if there is one) and the final close.

You are looking at a new Virtual Television Station with dozens of advertisement.
Ads which on the screen as the presenter gets to the venue.
And also legitimate advert breaks.

My previous apprehension (already discussed here)
Were the technical staff which ought to be present at every gig - thus limiting the productivity of MVR.
That issue now doesnt exist.

~ 20p Valuation will give 300 million something roughly

20p could be genuine value for all I know
but 20p doesnt make a business worth buying for Top dogs

MVR product positioning is outrageously US centric
that's good as it saves us from Brexit scenario
EVRH big funding providers are Americans too
in the end An American company or PE will end up being entire MVR

we would have made a good return before MVR wave hit UK shores

From my previous banking/finance sector investment, I was used to director buys -
This being first AIM investment, I realised that I was wrong to have blanket approach regarding director buys.

We have director buys
We have company share buy backs
We have other accounting methods

Directors could be barred from buying directly through contractual obligations and NDA could be limiting too for company to buy back its shares etc. LLOY banking group has done both but again its not comparable. APPLE has bought back - again not comparable.

EVRH is a business developing and growing not established yet.
The entire team should get together - do their best and establish it.

If it takes time then so be it.
I have nothing but admiration for the team so far

not necessarily fire just a spark.

business manager should focus on business.
buying stocks is not a material business effort.
let them continue to refine the product.
then sell the product until their eyes bleed.

after which if the business fails
then it fails.

at least they have done best given their capacity.

I have decent investment here,
I am happy they are concentrating on the product,
Worst possible scenario for me personally is that I will get my money back without profit.

But looking around in global equities - EVRH is a good bet going into 2019
EVRH and commodities.
