It’s all down to NNPC thus today’s ruling will have only temporary short term relief ,AVO and SLE share one common problem ,cash flow and TF may well join them at some stage .Bonny crude price is totally irrelevant since SLE controls nothing and should Nigeria default on payment then there is nothing OF ,the Irish courts ,lawyers can do irrespective on any Cosy arrangement they might think they have .One has to admire OF where he can walk unscathed and leave the majority shareholder TF on the hook ,would nt want to be a TF client now with so much dependent on a remote third party in west Africa,you couldn’t make one it up.

You might get some facility from Deutsch bank though I’m not sure if 15m OD is still in place and there have a bee a lot of changes @DB in the last couple of years so perhaps a Chinese bank might oblige alas nothing really to worry about for all the ‘holders’IMHO

You’ve yet to be proven correct yet as your posts consistently are wide of the mark,Sle might get a stay of execution so to speak next month however failing payment in January from those lovely folks in Nigeria it’s game set and match I’m afraid and after that it’s merely down someone picking up OML and the minuscule PVR interest at bargain basement prices .all IMHO .

It is albeit under the Sle guise,I had dismissed TF as a purely aggressive II,however i stand corrected,TF was involved with AUL from the early days and managed OF to swallow AUL for reasons best known to themselves though one reason in particular comes to mind.Reality is that OF has merely been a gatekeeper for TF all this time, nice work if you can get it with his reported salary/remuneration.
