Past two days is encouraging and an announcement imminent.

Believe it or not UJO is actually one of the best junior oil and gas punts on AIM,though that wouldn’t be difficult given some of the players,more importantly this stock is CHEAP,my holding is a paltry 6Mil and bought at bargain basement prices thus I have no real complaints as it really couldn’t go any lower!lol

Raise funds thru the least expensive route -AIM,no borrowing costs when retail investors are your source,ALL of these OandG explorers are highly speculative punts and very few give a decent return hence my observations and I couldn’t care less if you disagree that’s your right,how you spend your money is entirely your business,lecturing me and others is quite another.GL

My experience with small O and G explorers is that there is lots of smoke and mirrors and ujo in common with many other junior oilies habitually seek further further thru the least expensive route,small (naive) retail investors,I had hoped that UJO might be different but only time will tell if UJO isn’t a typical AIM lifestyle tool for a few wide boys.GL

Invested years ago ,my current holding is tiny certainly given the volume of shares in circulation,that said it would be nice to know when this will start trading again??any clues??GL

There is none ,but the article demonstrates the business of oil exploration in Nigeria which of course is a wonderful oil producing nation.

‘The case centers on the purchase of a big offshore oil field known as OPL 245,and touches the top ranks of both firms.In the dock will be,among others,ENIs current CEO Claudio Descalzi,and Shells former exploration chief,Malcolm Brinded.Also on trial are the firms themselves,charged with failing to prevent bribery.The individuals face jail if convicted;the companies face fines.All deny wrongdoing.’The trial commenced last Monday 5th March.
