I don�t do shorting.. I just invest... Only got �10k in Jan so don�t even watch that at the minute I�ll start scaling up in that in about 3 months time... Done 100% in ANGS, 200% in VRS recently and another 150% in VAL currently 80% here (confident of 150% within a few weeks) and 75% in I3E so can�t complain at the minute....

I saw exactly the same thing happen the other day in another one of my stocks HMI non executive director stepped down everyone panicked then after a few hours everyone realised they had mid judged the situation and since then it�s up about 30%.... my advice to people DYOR!! If your unsure of what an RNS means keep reading it until you are DONT just panic and listen to people on here as they have their own agenda!!!

There�s nothing negative about the RNS it�s just an update to say talks are still ongoing... bad news only if your a trader... derampers will be here today to try install doubt into the weak and impatient if you listen to them then you deserve to loose money IMO because as your selling it will be the same derampers buying your shares... Yes its basically explaining the 2 March conversion how�s its going to be a discounted rate due to placing but they didn�t have the shares to let them be converted that�s why they called the GM and then the 2 March RNS is to confirm that conversion... if you look near the start of 6 Feb RNS it confirms the outstanding amount is $2.5m hope that makes sense... There will now be $1.5m left which is about 2.7m shares they will offload them no problem with a bit of news... they offloaded 1.5m in 2 weeks the other week!
