PYC never really took off until the next day! It closed at 4p the day of the RNS then hit 28-30p the next day... this will be bigger than PYC Simon Sturge COO of Merck and recently appointed NED of FDBK bought �75k worth of shares if that�s not a dead giveaway that something big is coming bigger than today�s announcement I dunno what is.....

Don�t worry about me Croz still holding not sold any unlike you ;-) (you wanna stop using stop losses) .... it�s just a waiting game so nothing to talk about... on my hols next week would be nice to wake up to a funding and 30th round licence RNS....

Ok so just read it it�s basically telling us that they were forward selling the last lot like we already knew because they issued a conversion RNS on the 21st March yet this holding RNS tells us they had already sold 345,000 of them on by the 17th march.... What people might not have noticed which is very significant is firstly they didn�t need to issue this holdings RNS because they are yet to officially convert the remaining 2.7m so therefore are under the threshold of having to notify.... it looks to me this has been done to highlight what�s happening but the most important message is what�s in section 11.. Please note the issuer may opt to redeem the convertible loan note for cash instead of shares at their discretion. The note is also redeemable for cash upon expiry. The total percentage shown in box 7 is lower than the addition of box 8.A and 8.B, to account for dilution of the initial stake by theoretical future conversion of the convertible bond held by James Caird Investments. .....

Another 125k sell from JCAM if you ask me they are 100% forward selling.... if you ask me there is a requirement for them to hard converted before JV can be sealed and RNS�d and I�ll give you my reasons... 1) go back to January when they changed the terms and requested GM to issue more shares around the same time they updated to say JV was in advanced stages 2) Why did they do a podcast last week... to update the market with as much non RNS info they could why?! To increase volume to flush through CLN�s without causing too much damage to the SP and if you ask me they did a brilliant job! Well done BOD! This is the real deal and most exciting stock on AIM if you ask me! GLA!

Roy I�m not aware of that (I may be wrong though) I thought they just have to all be converted by August... Where did you read that?

I�ve got a feeling JCAM may have already offloaded the 925,926 shares and are actually forward selling the next lot.... watch this space....
