LB14 we are not permitted for a full production well at lease 392301 as well is on multi use gravel pad, could be if it flowed we would negotiate with SOA and other users to see if a solution could be reached, but very much speculation based on comments made by DW in past.

Cjml Award of the Icewine W leases and Yukon Gold is very much a formality, after the lease sales the legal processes and allocation of acreage (lease adjudication) begins in earnest, for all sorts of reasons what starts as a 1400 acre lease may become less if there are conflicting interests or it is found part of the lease is unworkable / untenable. Once the adjudication is complete then an official "award" notice will be posted to AEA after which we will have 30 days + 3 or 4 to pay the balance of the lease. Can take up to 8-9m for the process to complete, never seen a lease not get to the "award" status except where the buyer has dropped out. Currently leases at status 11 application complete.
