Learningtoinvest I guess its down to mindset, although I am invested to ultimately make some money, I am invested in the Company and its venture rather than the SP. We have a great BOD (MD) Three projects with great potential all with important results to come in the next 3-4 months. The Company updates well and often. Better still there is plenty of independent research and analysis to validate. yes its nice to see a rising SP but many PIs are fickle and will switch sides to chase what they perceive to be the latest rainbow on a whim and indeed why would a trader not switch as we hit resistance. Not a lot to worry about :-)

Pat if really clever would have accumulated last October / November and almost tripled money :-) The CR rate reflects the discount these investors can get when able to invest huge sums of money almost on a whim, its just the way of the world, you may not be aware but we have a "shareholder offer" here late 2015, it created mayhem and upset a lot of investors, firstly the ones who missed the offer, secondly the ones who committed to it and then found themselves paying more than market rates. No such thing as a free lunch it seems.

AIM4 lot of traders here and I have no problem with that, the fall in SP following the CR created an opportunity for some to make money as the SP rose in anticipation of the flow results, I have no problem with that. But seems some want to re-raise the CR situation to talk SP down, sold at a high looking to buy in again low?? Just my opinion.

Normally a transaction of a number of stocks dealt with by one market maker at an agreed discount to the market price. 'T' If reporting a single protected transaction. A protected transaction occurs when a large order is going through the market. The buyer (or seller) may wish to keep the order anonymous from the rest of the market as the size of the order could greatly alter the price of the stock. With a protected transaction, the dealer will put the trade through in small quantities rather than knock the whole order out in one hit. The entire transaction is reported once the deal is completed. The LSE is notified at the start and at the end of the transaction. However, the market as a whole isn't told until the end, thus the order is protected.

Pat sounds as if you are talking this down, based on analysis by respected poster Belisce a lot of the CR shares were traded pretty quickly, big volumes / sells on AIM pre. the 9th May even . Do not expect CR to be effective still.

Hmmm... I understand where Jiddy is coming from, I have no problem with investors who come to trade, I have not much problem with those who raise genuine concerns because so often it gives a springboard to research but we have also had any number of apparent altruistic souls who wish to rescue us from our ultimate ruin, my problem is the emotive language that is so often used and the fact that posters come back to the board time and time again with a running commentary. I think I understand where Jiddy is coming from very well. That post is not aimed directly at you.
