Bridgedogg1 yes its a case of WDNK etc. Hopefully Bex are on stream and not throwing any spanners into the works so I do not see the actual administration as an issue, hopefully we will get an update next week.
I have no doubt DW is not able to inform us fully as to what is happening at the moment and if he did it may chuck a sledgehammer into the work :-(

I do know that DOG employ FedEx (or similar) when paperwork in respect of NEW leases such as 393872(Yukon) is awarded, a couple of years ago dispensation was given due to the hurricane damage in Houston in 2017 as distribution of documents was delayed.
Planned updates to DOG regulations to allow online bidding/ payment of deposits etc may mean some streamlining will occur.

Bridgedogg1 working interest changes are routine for DOG.
OSH,GMT and Repsol have been updating lots of leases, plus the ENI Caleus deal went through reasonably quickly.
It requires detailed instructions and probably these have to be recorded in the Alaska Recorders Office.
If this process is happening I would be sure that DW has signatures already on the dotted line but nothing public until complete.

London-based Pantheon Resources, which acquired the North Slope assets of Great Bear Petroleum in January, says current planning could result in the Alkaid/Phecda phased production project coming online as early as summer 2020, versus 2021.

In a mid-July update, the company said the advanced schedule was “subject to completion and timing of a successful farmout,” noting pre-application meetings with state and federal agencies for the pilot production testing of the Alkaid discovery had taken place, with “positive and supportive feedback.”

No permitting issues were identified, Pantheon said.

Ig I doubt the farminee has any comprehension of there being "missed deadlines" , all we need is a decent deal done in time to enable a winter 2020 drilling programme, DW warned last September that if a tier1 (which is what we all hope, I hope) needed timed then it would get it.

If we want to get our well(s) drilled this coming winter we will need better than that, might as well wait until mid 2020 :-(

LSE admin confirm fix should happen shortly, not overly concerned by the buy/sell flag but always better when it works to plan.
