I agree, much better and we can have sensible calm discussion and info sharing as this bb I believe is meant for.
Morning all, like others i got the automatic email from the FCA but no undeliverable email so far from the LSE. Hopefully our collective action will cause them to investigate fully... on the SP we continue to be in a holding position and guess this will remain the same until news on Vaccine / Waiver are released. Anyway GLA and DYOR...
FCA confirmation received....
Evening all, emails sent and another day of Cineworld SP holding up. Gla and DYOR.
Hi all, firstly its great to see sensible posts after all the craziness of yesterday evening with a certain individual. So thank you to all for bringing this BB back to what it should imo be used for. I agree with the points raised this morning, a positive update on a Vaccine and a convenent waiver are the key drivers for stability and a rise in SP for Cineworld and we need both, hand in hand. Gla and as always DYOR.
I have also reported the individual.
Imo I dont think it is going bust... and nor i believe do the big institutional holders who are still in... as is Jhango..... gla and DYOR
Hi prayfor, yes quiet but less derampers and in some ways quite nice.... looking forward to seeing news on the Waiver..... think we will get news before the month is up...
@Drifty69... regarding a date, its a differcult one to predict.... we are led to believe that by mid November we will get updates on the final stage of vaccine drug trails by at least 1 of the leading contenders... so imo no news before then as negotiations will probably be taking this into account, but i think no later than 27th November (hopefully positive news with a waiver and additional borrowing which gives liquidity ) to drive the SP up and keep us in the 250, keeping the larger city investors happier and on board. But who knows.. and this is only imo..
I agree with others on here a RI or placement is not a viable option at present for Cineworld given the depressed SP, administration and selling off assets imo is also not on the cards as Cinema sold off and leased back the building's. These imo place Mo0ky in a stronger negotiating position and with 2021 rammed with blockbusters and a probable mass rollout of a vaccine in Q1 2021 i see a waiver being granted and further funding being provided to see Cineworld through the Winter and into the spring, but this is IMO and i suggest everyone does their own research and not be swayed by me or anyone else on here for their positive or negative views. But, as for me i am holding as the large institutional holders are all still in which i view as a big positive.... gla
Markets have held up well as were already low, expect Cineworld SP to re-trace as we are already at a bargain price imo and remember the large institutional holders are all still in... i am holding on to my shares with a strong grip.... gla and DYOR
Was nice, lets see how the SP performs, maybe a drop and then trace back, Market knew about lockdown on Friday so hopefully not too much carnage across the board. Gla and as always DYOR
We should expect to see all of the usual village idiots first thing Monday on BB spouting BS, so perhaps take a rain check on this forum... and return later in the week once project fear has receded.... gla and DYOR
@2rein.... looks like you have been busy posting doom and gloom on a few BB's...... get a life... perhaps the SP will go down but IMO we will be fine going forward... gla and DYOR
Lockdown = no change of situation for Cineworld as we are shut anyway, SP low already so maybe a slight fall come Monday, i live on the Isle of Wight, very low cases, but guess we will have to just take the medicine, hopefully positive vaccine news will give us an early xmas present... stay strong LTH of Cineworld.... i believe we will rewarded. Gla and as always DYOR....
Wonder how those two shorters are feeling given they upped their position on the 28th October on the short tracker....
@LTHcine i agree a modest increase today and no bad news this weekend.... dont want to see any SP surge until an agreement on a waiver is reached with the lenders...
little rise at mo, nice to see, shorters 20p not looking likely... imo only a few more weeks until the convenent waiver is confirmed and SP will rise, large instructional holders still in which speaks volumes.... gla and DYOR.
@ Drifty.... great find thank you....
Imo a modest rise, although positive vaccine news tomorrow may make it rise to just shy of 30, for M0oky and the BoD a suppressed SP helps with negotiations as rules out an RI or placement, get the waiver and re-financing sorted and this will fly. We should also all take some comfort in the fact that the big institutionial holders and Jhango have stayed in... gla and DYOR...
