Hi all, been looking at some information on the Vaccines and apologies if i have repeated anything already said...

On the Pfizer vaccine, they submitted a request for Emergency use authorisation on the 20th November to the FDA, and they will spend several weeks to review the application. In a recent BBC article they believed a decision on this could be around the 10th Dec with, if sucessful an initial roll out within the following 24 hours. Any earlier to this date would be a bonus. Obviously a green light on this will imo ignite the SP of this share and a lot of other hard hit covid affected shares with upward movement.. anyway gla and DYOR

Been an amazing day for Cine and the LTH... well done to you all. I am also back in, a little higher than i could have been, but thats just trading for you. I think we could see the early 70's by the end of this week and that imo is conservative. Last time we saw the covenant waiver it went up over 3 three consecutive days by quite a rate to around a £1.. and that was when we were in shutdown and far away from having any sort of Vacinne.... for me i am going to enjoy the ride, may be some ups and downs, but imo the trajectory will be North...... gla and DYOR...

I believe that for the US the 10th of December is the key date for any approval of Pfizer and Moderna...

For Cineworld and Vaccines, the next event will, imo be the decision in the US on approving the Pfizer and i think the Moderna Vacinne's on the 10th December with initial rollout 24 hours later.. With a green light to use the SP could really rocket at that point.... glad to be back in, not sorry at all for the likes of SG or Boix/Rock8. Gla and happy days ahead I believe...

Hi all, perhaps it is just me but isnt it strange as we see what i believe is good news in an Bloomberg news article and then boom... on the day before the markets can absorb it, a doom and gloom article from the Sunday Times puts a dampener on it... help your mates to get out at a lower SP and close their shorts? All imo of course but.....

@zstarz.... as someone pointed out to me yesterday the original artical "cineworld weighs rival rescue plans from lenders" appeared on Bloomberg, i just checked again and concur with rock8 and its release time as 15.19 gmt on the 20th, so before the markets closed... Monday will still be interesting with the shorts reducing, hopefully i can get back in at a reasonable price.... gla and DYOR

@LTHcine.... perhaps but could be a bit of a frenzy at the opening bell.... so may see how the SP goes..

@Dreammachine, i am out of Cineworld, would like to get back in, but no i dont see the SP diving now and i am actually pleased for the LTH, as was planning to be one also but share fatique and reverting to some recent day trading and i never got back in... am not sore about it, thats just the risk of not being in.... i will however take some satisfaction in watching the SP rise and the shorters get burned as penance for their consent fear mongering.... gla you LTH.... ride the rise and enjoy....

Newbie, nothing can be ruled out and i guess any waiver this time could come with conditions and actions linked to it. But lets not forget that any RI would need to be agreed by the shareholders and mooky and his family own 20% of the shares... and lets not also forget the large institutional holders... who would have to agree, and many have shares that were purchased at a lot higher price than today.... guess we will find out in the next couple of weeks and imo by the end of November..

Anyone know what the short position % is for Cineworld, i went to my normal place and it appears to have not been updated since Friday... cheers.

Sold at 53p for a reasonable profit and just before Jangho RNS landed, although they havent reduced their stake in Cineworld by that much, I may jump back in.

I also closed on another couple of companies to have funds available and in my bank. SP for Cineworld is a lot healthier now and expect the short % to have reduced in the coming days. I have no real sympathy for the shorters on here and think when the results of Oxford Vacinne are announced the SP will jump up again and they will get burnt still more... anyway GLA and DYOR...
