The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
Tim Bradbury as we know is a proven mine turnaround specialist previously with Shanta Metals and no doubt was engaged due to his past experience and success, Tim is also very incentivised to succeed with the grant of share options that was mentioned in the 13th November 2020 RNS when the Equity Raising and note Financing was announced... and for those not already aware it consists of a $750k package which equated to 288m shares, linked to the following SP milestones:
16.5% triggered by an SP of .57p
33.5% triggered by an SP of .90p
50% triggered by an SP of 1.24p
And exercising for a period of three years from the vesting date in November 2020, or if there is a change of control of the company all of the share options will vest in full.
In addition to this Tim has invested in the company , about 20m shares i believe albeit at placing prices but none the less he has invested.
Imo Tim will be looking as a minimum to trigger the first and probably second milestone by the end of this year.... i am always more comfortable where the top man has invested and also incentivised to succeed but as always DYOR..... have a great Easter everyone....
SCORE you gave me a tip so i will give you a tip, RMM, a producing Copper mine, put into hibernation with Covid, very low SP, has been a bit of a dog in the past, not made a profit, debt that crippled the company and more recently a debt for equity swap with big dilution that destroyed the shareholders... but new BOD with turnaround experience and a plan to cut costs and improve yield, and a Copper price today of around $4 Lb, now reopening with big reserves and if they did nothing different would turn a good profit and a key player in EV's and electrification with demand exceeding supply. FT have a 12 month price of 3.6p... its currently at 0.32p... news expected on progress soon and should imo be positive but DYOR.... now back to STX....
Great article Cornish, thank you and gives a good overview of Rambler a couple of years back and when the Copper price was a lot lower than today...
So i Googled 58... and found this "the angel number 58 is a message from the angel that your financial situation will soon significantly be improved, expect abundance in the near future" weirdly IMM apeared in the list of responses... top up boys! Lol
There are a couple of key dates coming up if Rambler releases updates at the same time as last year these are:
1st May: Q1 2021 performance, we will get the financials (cash burn, sale of assets etc) and probably an update on progress regarding gettting the mine up to full production etc.
11th May: Financial results for year ending 31st Dec 2020, wont look pretty but we know that, but the market is a forward thinking instrument, and no doubt be also some updates again on progress and the general plan going forward...
Its possible we may get updates before then, but these are ones that should happen.
Afternoon all, been reading the back and forth on EUA, Tiger you seem quite a knowledgeable type, so what's your view on the short (by year end), 12 month and 3 year SP for RMM.....
Great video share Blue....... one of now a long list of positive views on Copper.... and imo with RMM anyone investing today is gping to be very happy in 12 months time.. but DYOR...
Dj, Cornish and a few others are genuine guys and knowledgeable posters on here, I for one am pleased we have larger holders of this share and have no issue in people declaring their holding , this is also my largest investment... have a great weekend all...
Agree, but imo also an opportunity to top up. Have a great evening all..
Fellow Discorders... APP not working, bloody Samsung... lol... so just checking in on you all!
Great posts guys.... this is a no brainer and why i now hold more than 10m with a view to potentially topping up again in the April ISA.. allowance.... but DYOR... have a great day all.
Topped up again, now to sit back. Gla..
Mean agree with both tubbs and DJ
......
Agree DJ... patient is key. But all, think on this, if Rambler didnt change anything, fully opened up the mine and got back to full production but with a Copper price i believe at a near 10 year high, they would turn a good profit... and this for a mine that appears to have never managed to.. and finally in a backdrop of demand outstripping supply going forward ..... you do the math..
If the SP is at the same level in 3 months time, then I will have increased my holding with each month as more funds would have become available at a great investment price..... imo this company is under the radar.. but when progress is communicated, I believe that will change, as people and institutions wake up... and will be reflected in a rising SP............
