The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
Surely a glitch?
Well...that's that then.
When's she's made her decision the Judge will send a note to the lawyers with her ruling, which cannot be shared publicly until after trading hours. I wonder how long she'll take? Get a move on, Babs!
Well done, Mooky. Go and grab yerself a pint and hot dog.
I'm assuming CW's lawyers will do the same.
Nice try there, Cineplex lawyer....slippery fellow.
This court case is enthralling. I've actually cracked open the popcorn!
Me too. Have been in over a year. I remember this time last year there being lots of excitement but nothing really materialised (on the SP front). Then again at Christmas/New Year time it was the same...very little movement on the SP, and certainly nowhere near the 1p-5p predictions that were being thrown around.
I'm content to hold though, for the time being at least.
Great news re Warner bros!
There's a tiny part of me that misses those clowns, especially ShorterGuy and IDW. What a pair of planks.
I think this still has some way to run. Consequently, I'll review things in a year rather than commit to an arbitrary number that I know I'll probably not sell at. Hopefully dividend reappears at some point.
Held an 86p average for what seems like an age. Sat through some real low periods, watching it collapse to 15p, listening to Shorterguy and IDW rabbiting on incessantly (where are they now?). Absolutely delighted to have stuck with it. Thanks to all on here who have kept me going. Onwards and upwards!

From BBC News a few minutes ago:
Prof Andrew Hayward - a member of the UK government's Scientific Advisory Group for Emergencies (Sage) - says that, once the most vulnerable in society have been vaccinated, a return to normality is within reach.
He tells BBC Radio 4's Today Programme: "Once the most vulnerable people, particularly those over 50 and those with chronic illnesses, are vaccinated then yes I think we can see a significant return to normality.
"That, in addition to the fact coronavirus is a seasonal disease, I think will make a big difference and allow us to open up.
"I think what we'll see is a phased opening up as the vaccination levels increase, and then we will be more or less back to normal for the summer, I would imagine."
I already have a small hoard of physical silver. Mix of bars and coins. Be interesting to see what happens with it next few days.
Thanks M00la. I've a figure in mind...the real test will be whether I can stick to it! I guess it's trickier in some respects when you're in profit. I mean at 15p I didn't really have much option but to hold.
I'm in danger of breaking even! Been sitting on an 86p average since the summer. Have heard and seen it all during that time, including the gloomy depths of 15p. Those were dark days. Hopefully on a sustained rise now.
Good luck all.
Just bought another load at 0.590. Buy low, sell high, eh?
Many thanks, FunInvestor. I shall look forward to it too!
