The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
the poor state of British journalism is endemic throughout --be it mainstream or specialist subjects. Never seem to double check their facts or proof read---makes them look real fools and does nothing to enhance the prospect of new investors for us!!
Good to get mentioned as a TOP TEN to watch but as professionals you would think they would have got the sp correct---they missed the point maybe?? 16p!!! I wish .16p in reality.
Does **** one off slightly to see UKOG getting atm a 12% rise on a challenge being rejected, we get best oil/gas find for 50 yrs plus and we are nearly level pegging with UKOG on Sp!!! Roll on 2021 in more ways than one!
He has been accused of frequently "promoting a company, pushing up the (price of its) shares, then raising cash by placing new shares — and (thus) diluting the holdings of the early investors",[7] described as "a familiar tale with most companies he promotes".[8] His defence has been that "You can’t build a business on bottle tops."[9]. Furthermore, he has argued that it's not accurate to claim that "all his ventures have turned sour".[10]. Although finance commentators have noted that most of the "hundreds" of companies he has been involved in, and "stock promoted" for, have failed to generate any successful shareholder returns.[11]
In 2009 he was one of a group of claimants, claiming that he had been libelled when an investment publication in South Africa had described the group of executives of one of Lenigas' ventures as "cynically and greedily indulged in self-enrichment at the expense of, and contrary to the interests of, shareholders."[12] The High Court of Justice of the United Kingdom rejected Lenigas', and the other claimants' libel claim, and found in favour of the publisher.[13]
LENIGAS is history, he did nothing but harm for UKOG investors and we were all sucked into his plausible ramping and Gatwick Gusher statements, he stood in front of cameras many times talking up the company so many times until people believed what he was saying, made his money and buggered off back to Aussie---never want to hear from him again!!! Now David Bramhilll on the other hand cannot be compared, does not ramp up and ALWAYS says nothing guaranteed---speaks regularly and openly to his shareholders, does SS know any shareholders! Good Christmas ALL
ALLNothing--I spoke at length to DB yesterday and without giving away any secrets I can confirm that NOTHING has change--apart from bloody sp! He is more upbeat now than last week about upcoming results, Cadeby was NEVER on the cards to be a good result but unfortunately AIM reacts to any poor piece of news. He is 100% confident of a super gas find on side track--he is 100% honest IMO and those posting crass comments about a dedicated man good at his job and with world class geologists on board he is confident this will come good. He is sick to back teeth of bull****ters and one reason ATN he is quiet--he will come out once final results are in the open I am sure. bad sp but stella results to come, NOT his fault sp down he is NOT the operator nor is he responsible for original RNS wording which was crap Hope that calms some--I know not all
Some very good posts here this morning from experienced people in the industry--Ribeye THANKS!! Unfortunately we are in AIM and we should all know by now the hint of poor news indicates a share price drop, this is not a blood bath and good opportunity to buy if anyone has spare cash. the real prizes are yet to come, For sensible people just ignor the naywayers and swampies, they only want you to react to fuel their poison. Good luck THE BEST IS YET TO COME!!
What you do investment wise is your own business and decision but typical of most UK investors--Sell Low Buy High!! But good luck to you whatever you do, we should all be in it to make money, but thats the gamble---to me UJO worth that gamble*--but we shall see---as DB always says--i guarantee nothing!
Gripping stuff it maybe, but UJO PR has come out and said the Twitter account problem was an attempted hack not a misdemeanor? Also there are many trying to set up false accounts to cast doubts on UJO. The only thing that matters is THE RESULTS, and we are getting closer to that, and I am sure even you would wish all this to go well--try not to dwell too much on the negatives!!
With the sp so low I just cannot understand why some are still selling?? Excellent time to get in if you have spare cash, news about to blow then a succession of news flows thereafter? people need to do their research to appreciate what an enormous prospect there is in the Humber area plus all the infrastructure already in place---so so different from UKOG and SS!!
Somewhat disappointed we did not get more of a reaction from a good RNS thismorning, though time for that and other good news in pipeline to rocket the share?
We are all no doubt disappointed and frustrated by the current sp level but it is to be expected. WE have many factors driving many shares DOWN, we have further bad Covid news, we have a world market stock market crash as Warren Buffet predicted a few weeks ago, we have oil prices as a result on way down and lastly with no news during this drill period sp generally drift down. We have to be patient and wait for what we hope is great news---and remember this is only the start of the UJO journey! Also those with spare cash---what a buying opportunity----lastly a thought!! If we had had the nerve to cash in all our UJO holding at its height of .3p plus we would all now have been able to buy in and more than double our holdings without forking out an extra pound!! Good luck all
i think we owe LEE anors an enormous debt of gratitude for the continued flow of positive information. Drill sounds as if it could be well ahead of schedule and once we are in the PAY ZONES hopefully we will see the response in the SP we all desperately want to see?? Stuck on .16p for far too long!
