There is more washing up liquid in the mortar cement mix than cement ......it never goes off as in SET works as a plastisizer " spelling " . I know my instructions was to put it in the mix specially on a hot day, although cement sets chemically. And sometimes never.

This is the Best year for cash holders for years. 2024 should be equally good. Covid was the time to buy stocks. Learn by ones mistakes. The Banks still look cheapish to me. When you got stupid people predicting 80p year end for lloyds that just bottom line mathematically couldn't happen.

The first Aim share i bought & my first ever share purchased was Traffic Master. I made to much wonga on that as a virgin investor. It was just luck . AIM is Gambling & Bent so i found out following my first buy. Don't buy shares unless one has plenty cash investments elsewhere. Always have NS&I backup is my motto. Since them days plenty cash backup in several places. My biggest loss was Woolworths.
