Individual debt is probably the problem with Lloyds & it's share price. A Mortgage is also debt. Lloyds is owed more than it's sat on.

I did not know 99% voted in favour of buybacks that greatly surprises me .

In short i want to take my monies out of Lloyds without selling any shares. This recent Lloyds divi has found me another home.

Oh well is wot it is .

What i'm trying to indicate is the share price is only 45p .

If the buyback money was all given in divi monies we not the market would then determine & the option of the true value of Lloyds. And redeploy if appropriate.

Only my view not a reflection on your maths .

I swapped all my nominee account stocks into just one BP & only 5 holdings in my ISA .

Had to donate 2 Aim stocks to charity or pay £12 renounce .

Tax allowance is only £1K this year i think .
