Nettles - my guess is they raised £1.5m at a lowish price that was still much higher than rock bottom sp before drilling.

If they hit bonnanza grades then they will be wanting to raise multiples of the previous raise... which can only be done at much higher sp (which has not happened yet, where as the smaller increase in sp has already happened so were able to get the smaller placing away with little dilution). Wsbn took my £12k+ down to about £280 at the time of suspension and now somewhat back up as suddenly they had not drilled deep enough - even though ggp proved you needed to drill deep. I held on and therefore I am also very cautious about wsbn's process here. They did all this tweeting, core showing and flying out to Perth last drilling campaign and the sp went from 17p down to 0.18p

If they decide to sneak another placing in before assay results from hole 1 then most pi's will realise that the assays are going to be bland at best. There should be no reason to raise more funds if the initial results are good asxcab raise after at higher price. Only reason to raise more funds before first assay result published is if the assays are bad. As they doing drill program can hold back releasing assays until after all the drilling. People will bail in masses if there's another placing before any assays.

Wsbn know everyone is wsiting for first batch of assays - any delay publishing pi's will start the exodus

Got in with a laughable £1k at 0.87 as I'm over exposed elsewhere to put more in at the moment. However, a 100 bagger here and all is good :-D

Papaduke 31/08/25 22.33 - I couldn't agree more. Brilliant post. I've been in ZPHR for years and I really like CH and ZPHR hence one of my largest holdings. However, everytime ZPHR are about to fet somewhere we stall for no known reason. It's certainly an issue and the elephant in the room - getting deals actually done and moving on to production. Startibg to feel very let down by ZPHR. The State 16 well was supposed to be great, years on our new supercharged top 6% well appears to have little interest from JV. What's with all the stalling? Csn't get over the line. Sorry but it's time to regain some lost respect CH.

They maybe can drag releasing the assays from hole 1 as long as they like. But the market will start to pull out the longer they take to release assays. They made a point of using expedite assay tssting so they now need to back that up by keepibg sh's informed. Otherwise the sp will simply start a downtrend.

True value for PRE looking like £7 floor, £10 - £12 true value (current shares in issue). I wonder what value dividends might be paid if held. Exciting times.

I remember an early days interview with PA and he deffo mentioned PRE wanted the transfer of stock from retail to II's to happen when PRE is in it's later stage. I can't find the you-tube vidro but he did say PRE not want retail investors once not needed - that always remained a concern in the back of my mind.

Great post Hogsnipe. I must say I have not followed PRE in great detail and no where near as much as one should being invested. I bought (and still hold) PRE, RBW and MKA simply as U.K. listed rare earth companies as early growth sectors for Europe. With regards to PRE what market cap you think is acceptable buyout by the Americans etc to PRE investors? Be nice to see what those such as you and Mumbles etc think as not been holding PRE through the good times and bad to hold out now to realise true value. Thanks if you wish to share thoughts

Indeed Mumbles - £5 - £8 was my target, not how much the company is worth.

I can't see a U.K. listed rare earths company reaching a £10b mc without the U.K. government throwing in massive windfull tax as soon as the profits start rolling in. Happened with U.K. oil & gas and now they targeting banks and their profits. The governments are getting more desperate year on year. Nothing against PRE or companies - the government is what concerns me and rare earths will soon become a tastey meal for the government

Indeed, hindsight is a wonderful thing. At £2 I think PRE was too cheap given the project. My target is £5 to £8 a share as it's got to be a billion+ mc once up and running inline with other major rare earth projects
