Another really impressive trading update

Took the hit and sold my disastrous ipo punt. Like the brand but can’t see how they will reach breakeven and beyond with all the inflationary pressures.

Checked out the Lounger in Carmarthen recently. Another well ran establishment.

+27% May to October. Briefly popped in a site at Plymouth yesterday and it was rammed on a Thursday afternoon. Nice to see.

+26% 2019 levels end of May & June as restrictions eased. Hoping the demand continues. Surely Loungers will benefit from staycations

Like the company and should do well post lockdown. Possibly already priced in but feels like it’s under the radar. GLA

yes think we will be open to more raises - hopefully at higher prices! Pressure on interested buyers to act. Seeing Machines will likely never be cheaper to acquire.

Didn’t they do a webcast last year. I’m not expecting any major surprises but here’s hoping.

Unless there is another customer P&L issue they are not splitting out in the numbers?

Have emailed...also not clear why the huge drop in Q4 but average quarter guidance for FY21 much higher?

While we are unable to comment further beyond what was disclosed in our results announcement today, I would like to bring your attention to the following commentary within today’s announcement as important context for our guidance commentary for FY 2020:

• Our overall performance in Q3 2020 was achieved with extreme monthly trading movements in the quarter. This is consistent with the level of market volatility experienced during 2020 and particular trading conditions during Q3 2020
• Customer Income during Q3 2020 was second highest quarterly level of Customer Income in our history, although reduced from record peak levels achieved in Q2 2020
• This gradual reduction from peak levels has continued into Q4 2020

Explains the flurry of announcements. Not the worst result. I had always felt funds would be needed. It was the last fund raise that really hurt us.

Would they have not waited to announced the contract win before the fund raise? Then again as share price has gone up regardless perhaps they didn’t need to
