I'm pretty sure ive seen its not the first time they have had a write off which would mean they are more profitable than the figures show but ultimately share price was overvalued at the start

Short sellers would have picked up on the fact that at around £2 per share it was overvalued hence the continuous drops in a ins market that had been struggling followed by more recently the travel sector, having said that I believe there is now value and would hope to get 70-75p in the next 1-2years so long as the cruise industry can survive

Goodwill is an intangible asset i.e not physical basically when it first floated on the stock market it had been over valued therefore as accounting principles/stock market rules state it be must be lowered in value so as not to overstate.
