Bobby...did Spreadex participate in the placing....NO....read the RNS....only DBA mentioned.....who took up all the shares then clever boy ??

CHRI5P. actually picked this up I think.........going back to his posts when we did the placing....He wanted to know who took up the other shares ??? Well my guess is no one. They still on the market. Someone please prove me wrong....hopefully a market analyst :-)

This could account for the discrepancy between the two markets...JSE trading at equivalent of 11p....and LSE 9.25 ....And the average raise price of 12.75 will be attained somehow....That’s what Brokers are paid to do I guess....To me it looks like they are still selling shares in order to raise the 2 million quid.....

Then again....I am not a market analyst. Surely though someone out there actually understands exactly what is happening here........SOS !!!!!

The symptoms on both exchanges are supply exceeds demand.

I’m not so sure now it’s people offloading. I asked the relationship EUZ has with Spreadex at the AGM and got told no relationship whatsoever. Which means effectively they did not participate in the last fund raiser. We all know only 600,000 was taken up by DBA. Spreadex must have bought their shares on the open market...So I am suspecting the rest were made public...hence this situation...ie not dropping trying to keep it as close to 12.75 as possible in order to sell them perhaps ? Confused....guess we all are.

Nope....it was someone on the board who claimed LR never responds to his emails....

Hi Cjen...If I listened correctly to Evans response to one of your questions yesterday....the time lapse between a PFS and a BFS could be minimized depending on the detail in a PFS....now our Scoping study reads just like PFS....so in effect we have most of it in place...not sure if this answers your question but perhaps send Evan an email. THE BANKABLE FEASIBILITY STUDY

The bankable study doesn’t usually differ in project parameters from the DFS, but they include a stack of detail on what terms financiers should lend to them to make the project sing.
Despite the name, the financier won’t necessarily be a bank. It could be a joint venture partner or equity investors.
So, as easy as it is to be impatient with the company you invested in raising money only to spend them on studies, these are all an important part of the process.

I got a response.... “we will be moving up the categories over time but more indicated is the first objective to make the project 'bankable' “

I also sent him an email with the below question and I realize now it would be price sensitive so not expecting a response but the drilling campaign RNS should clarify.
I heard Myles mention measured resource. Is our plan to take The resource into the measured category and then we can show it as an asset under reserve resource in our balance sheet ?

If a JV constitutes dilution....then I do not think you will get a reply from him 10bagger as it will be classified as price sensitive info. Best. D

And once it’s in the balance sheet....EUZ will dictate the MCAP and drive the market.....and not the market dictating MCAP and driving EUZ....

10 bagger...You do not seem to understand....between now and end of PFS...which I agree is another year....we will further derisk the project by moving from inferred and indicated to measured. Once measured it can be classified as resource reserve and included in a balance sheet.By all means come back in another year.You are most welcome.
