Hi Sheds. I think the emphasis now is PFS and upgrading of resource to more indicated. I’m sure that further drilling in unexplored areas of the license will occur but just not now....even a partner imo would be premature at this stage. Based on what I learnt today ...EUZ could ask for tenders to build and operate the mine after PFS stage.....so why make the pie smaller now when there is no need to as we are fully funded for the rest of this year....know what I mean ??

Many thanks Glengarth....it certainly puts a different perspective on what they meant went they spoke about different anti dilutionary options. This would be a game changer move IMO.

Teaye...it effectively means imo that we retain ownership of EUZ however the actually mining operation is outsourced....I’m busy doing some research to see how this model operates as I have never seen it in mining before but it certainly exists in other fields....I will also drop LR a note asking for an explanation and will post his reply once received.

Very interesting table inserted at the bottom of the RNS comparing 2018 SS to 2020 SS.......anyone else notice the mining approach has been changed from “owner” to “ contractor”. GLA.

From my research two pertinent points have been flagged for me. I will share them with you Chrisp and would value your opinion.
The first is the EU grant received is actually a loan....and an agreed repayment schedule exists by all accounts.
The second is it would appear that the local Junta is looking for guarantees that this will actually be developed into a mine...these guarantees imo will take the form of money in one form or another...ie surities etc....
Bearing in mind the state of the economy and urgency that the Junta places on this project I expect these guarantees are somehow required urgently as imo it will be a pre requisite for the mining license....ie all the ducks need to line up.
Having said this I am very positive that the necessary guarantees will be provided in one form or another. Best D
