Somehow it does appear to be a form of drilling update...but I’m starting to think like you now.....somehow it seems they have moved to phase 2 of the plan....outside the existing zone....so funding in my opinion now seems like a dead cert....somethings definitely cooking.

Until now, the results of the research surveys in the Toral and Carucedo mountains coincide with the economic aspirations of future exploitation. While on the one hand you could say this is a picture of a stick in a river, on the other hand it is one of the most important images for a 21stC mining company. I remember seeing ex anglo Ceo Cynthia Carroll talking about the huge impact water has on the modern mining industry and the focus that must be put towards it. Water management and ensuring a development is appropriate to its Stakeholder community is absolutely crucial. As part of our best practice hydro programme at the Toral project first piezometers are going in at rivers for level monitoring. Operating within Spain and EU is an excellent framework to demonstrate a best practice new source of lead, zinc and silver concentrate as part of an ethical supply chain. #supplychain #mining #water

Some good research trade. Thank you for sharing. If Tesla can open battery factories for their own cars I see no reason why a Zinc air battery factory cannot be opened in Spain...It makes economic sense.

Seeing as we were invited to the CDTI event.....I am sure deadlines would have been placed on all attendees to submit their funding requirements....and it appears to be urgent from Spanish Gov perspective....so expect an announcement soon. The fact that EUZ are talking about it gives me great confidence.... Both MC and LR are confident....so we should be.

I haven’t got a Chrystal ball.....I think the last one we had was broken by Sheds....:-) all I’m saying is the next RNS could very well be related to Corporate finance rather than the drilling currently underway ie Operational.....in that case I suggest you buy quickly...:-)

I have no doubt AH was brought on board to structure a deal in one form or another. I suspect it has to do with CDTI loan and guarantees. He has been on board for 2 months now almost to the day....so in my opinion we should hear news soon on the Corporate front...in fact I will go as far as to say I expect the next RNS to be related to Corporate and Finance ....Best D

Well all I know is that the major value event referred to by Myles will be a life changing event for a few holders on this BB....and it’s only a matter of time...just have a bit of patience ...:-)

And of course we will need to pay Lundin as soon as we start mining as per Goldquest agreement.

Yes agree Sheds..other possibilities do exist ...but I would imagine hard cash in the bank ie the 15% and development guarantees would be a pre req to any form of loan granted by CDTI....unless a forward sale agreement would satisfy them...that’s why we have AH....he can sort it out :-)

Hi lor...yes I also think we will require a rights issue to raise the 15% we will require if the CDTI grant us 85% of what we will need in order to develop the mine. CDTI will also require some form of guarantee for the repayment and that’s where AH can wield his magic ....and get a consortium of Banks to underwrite the loan from CDTI...it’s called a bulge bracket transaction.

Good morning Sheds...I am not so sure we got the best deal when we negotiated and received the e466k grant....However.....466k vs 90 million which is what we will need...will require someone like AH and yes...a bulge bracket deal can be struck to underwrite the loan from CDTI.....Best D

And lastly....he and Myles must be very optimistic if they are talking about it openly....seems like that is why Adam is on board imo...to strike a deal with CDTI and negotiate suitable repayments based on EUZ’s revised economic model....all in good hands imo.

I am now convinced we are going all the way to mining this asset. This being the case it will be an incredible achievement for EUZ. Bearing in mind that 1 in 10000 exploration companies are successful this will really put EUZ on the map and EUZ shareholders will be ultimately very well rewarded. With only 50 odd million shares issued this is definitely more than a multi bagger and if funding from CDTI can be achieved this will go through the roof. GLA.
