Now 8,970,561 traded on JSE...looking even better ....for a Jorc to be published very soon...This is the most trades in a day for them in the past two weeks....

4 days left now.....my guess is tomorrow it will released....20% chance of being correct....the other 60% for the other 3 days ....and the last 20% for after 31st Jan....which I certainly doubt will happen. It should be on time :-)

FWIW...Here's my take.... 1. The Dec deadline was missed purposely. (I think the Silver was a good enough reason as well....but not the actual reason)....I think they had no strategy or plan at that stage for the "what next?" phase or phases.... 2. They have used most of December and Jan to develop a plan for these "what next" phases as they already know the outcome of the JORC.....and it will be out definitely IMO before end Jan.... 3. Don't be at all surprised if a developer or JV is also announced at the same time as the JORC report is released :)

@BobbyBeal....A lot of what you saying does make sense...here's another possible view ....The JORC has been delayed purposefully to allow current directors to purchase a decent stake over a period of time on the open market at a good price......

I have not heard anything official ever......and them delisting quite frankly is all conjecture at the moment.

In September 2016, FCR exercised an option to acquire 100% of GoldQuest Iberica S.L. for �0.33m in cash and 100m new ordinary shares in FCR. GoldQuest owned 100% of Toral and Lago......

Another way of looking at this is if share options were issued on the same asset today and the same criteria used to offer the option at $0.42 with holdings of 216M �.then the option would be $0.029 for holdings of 3055M.

216 million were issued as you rightfully say when this option of $0.42 was issued. This being the case Management of Goldquest must have had a very good idea of the worth of the asset they had at that time already�.I am very surprised quite frankly that FCR picked it up relatively cheaply�.. Yes and I know 3,055,281,439 total shares issued today�.Assuming the pie is still the same size (which by all accounts is not the case�probably larger)...the slices will be smaller� and I am very happy to get my few slices 
