Exactly my point...leaders don't run out of money and then wait to raise funds for the next development effort...they do it well in advance and keep their shareholders informed....LR could have raised the money at 0.012 instead of at 0.0015 when he did....and diluted us into oblivion.... I sincerely hope things are going on in the background.

I think 14% is substantial at any stage.....but I am not in the least concerned now that DB are on board as whilst they are protecting their own interests we as shareholders will get the benefits.
As for the silence the last time LR posted anything on EUZ was 30th March....as you know we have raised another 960 000 since then and yet still no news on development on site at Toral ? I find this very strange behavior indeed from a man leading a public listed company. The first quarter of 2019 is just about behind us and absolutely no progress on site this year....he deserves his backside kicked imo.

Lol...love the T/O hostile or friendly bit......:-) The current BOD do however, need to shape up or ship out...I have a funny feeling that some serious discussion is or has taken place between DB and BOD....and there could be a power struggle taking place ....just a thought....this could possibly be the reason as to no communication from BOD as they are rudderless at the moment...so good time to buy....when there is blood on the street so to speak :-)

1. Cornerstone Corporate investor in Deutsche Balaton. They currently own 14.5% of EUZ and appear to be wanting more IMO. They are the watch dog that many investors crave for especially on the AIM. I expect LR to be replaced shortly following his absolute debacle with regards the scoping study and revised Jorc taking us back to 16M tons. In addition by clicking on the below links one can see how DB handle incompetent individuals so my guess is LR has already been asked to resign or given his marching orders.

2. They are now cash flush having raised another 960,000 pounds to see them through to proving up the Toral resource from inferred to indicated and a PFS. It is during this phase that the risk is reduced and the SP climbs based on reduced risk. I think someone at some stage referred to it as a sling shot !!!

Please can you provide an update on the following activities planned for 2019. Also please can you give us estimated target dates for each activity taken from your media presentation on your website which you obviously never spell checked :-)
• Infill drilling campaign to target the high-grade core of the deposit,
with the aim of increasing confidence in the resource estimate to the
JORC (2012) Indicated category.
• Completion of the first metallurgical test work programme on the
project to provide PFS level results on comminution, flotation and
concentrate grade.
• Commencement of environmental studies, which will be ongoing
across the seasons.
• Commencement of hydrogeological characterisation of the Toral
Project .
• In conjunction with drilling, geotechnical information will be routinely
gathered and assessed, complementing the Company’s growing
knowledge base for the project.

I honestly doubt whether anyone will ever trust him again in any position ......In his last chat with Justin if you listen to his voice he seems very unsure of himself and I think he has lost his confidence. Even on the weekend podcast they joked about him looking vaguely professional if he ran a spellcheck .. He almost diluted EUZ into oblivion,,,but fortunately for us we now have a big brother watching ... I guess fortune favours the brave in our case....maybe we need a bit of luck as well :-).

I am not so sure Oiltap...Section 3 the one is completed in a personal capacity and the other in DB's....
They are definitely different :-) How can we find out for sure ?

.....maybe that's why LR is deathly quiet...maybe he is already dismissed and cant say anything at this point in time. Also accounts for why he did not participate in the fund raising ...DB would not let him....So EUZ is possibly running without CEO at the moment...

@Oiltap....please check again these TR1's released. I believe they are 2 different RNS's with the result that they already own 14.47% x 2 which keeps it just below 30% so they don't have to make a mandatory offer.

To be honest...I only see possibly MC remaining...hence no comment from LR at all at the moment....maybe he already has his letter. :-)

Wonder what causes this ? Could it be deemed as price manipulation ?

But you would pay just over twice as much on JSE as it only operates in 1c units.
So 1c at this point equals 0.000542827 pence.

Taking into account the number of shares now in issue...0.00692606GBP....so just over half a pence.
I expect huge movement the next few days and more heavy buying :-) I guess we have DB to thank....;-)

@Oiltap...Here's my reasoning...They already own 14.5 %......3% of Shares in circulation already traded today.....so it could take a few days for them to get to 30% and then they are forced to make a mandatory offer for the company,,,,

Hostile takeover perhaps ?? We could see a new board soon....

Already 319,019,160 trades.....SP only moved odd 7%.......something going down here...
