They own 14 % of Galileo....another CB company.

Since 24th Oct....they have had 9 RNS's on "exercising of warrants"......They exercise a lot of warrants for a company that has low capital intensity....Certainly got me thinking.

@ Shed….Adriatic are currently listed on the ASX and trading at A$ 1.415 which equates to 74 pence per share..They have 177.6 million shares in issue which gives them an MCAP of about 131,4 million UK pound…so nothing wrong with your math…its spot on …roughly 29 x our MCAP….
Its also very interesting to note that they have applied to list on the main market of LSE during this quarter and more than likely will be listing on LSE.

To me this makes very interesting reading and I am still going through it…..would be interesting to get Oiltaps view...
Adriatic seems to do the right things at the right time though..as ASX allowed them to release their scoping study with financials, so they must have a ready “indicated” resource. They own the Vareš Mining Concession in Bosnia and Herzegovina also less attractive than Spain imo. DYOR. GLA.

@B1ll...you make some very valid observations. I agree with you that the PI's are carrying all the risk at the moment as it seems like our strategic partners have already "derisked" to a point where they are having a free ride. This being the case it is us who have paid for this project to date and I think LR is aware of this and pushing on rapidly for our benefit. All will be revealed soon I suspect based on Oiltaps feedback.. LR seems very busy and upbeat at the moment so I am totally relaxed. I do however think that particularly as the SP is where it is..that more communication should be provided via various channels to SH's in order to increase awareness of this great asset and try at least to put some positive news out in order to put the spotlight onto EUZ. From an Operational standpoint as mentioned numerous times on this BB we cannot fault the BOD. Communication imo remains a challenge. However having said this if any NDA's are in place it could be very restrictive for LR and it is highly likely this is the scenario. Yep it is rather frustrating but in this case patience is key.Hang in there mate...:-$

Thanks Oiltap....would love to be a fly on the wall when these discussions take place...I think they have already started and you are correct...would be nice to know who they are talking to and scope of discussions...after all we are paying for it.

Im with you Oiltap....but honestly how much more de risking does a potential buyer need ?? I mean the mine could be built and in Production by the time an offer is tabled at this rate.... :-$....and then no risk attached :-$

FWIW....the Cu was originally in the inferred and indicated categories as previously stated in NI 43 101 report....so this resource is definitely in the inferred zone......thats why Im saying this drilling RNS seems to have been put together rather rushed...also no depth etc....I mean...they could drill to the centre of the earth :-$ Lol....

Somehow dont see that happening Picaasso...LR has more integrity than that....However what I see in SHed's chrystal ball....is a deviation again.....this time a deviation to beef up the inferred and indicated of the Cu perhaps.....lets face it we have enough lead and zinc and silver....why more of this???

I think you have nailed it Shed....so a distinct change in plans rather rapidly the way I see it.....now the question remains....why the sudden change ?

The more I think about it the more it strikes me the drilling RNS was really rushed.......compare it to the other RNS's on drilling and you will see what I mean...

Good point VR....using it as a negotiation lever for a higher price....I dont mind in that case waiting.....:-$

Thanks Shed...but why did he mention those 3 events in that specific order....surely he must have known when they would be delivered....it seems the drilling was announced 2nd instead of the METS....so in line with your theory...my theory is the "buyer" has seen the Mets...happy and now asked them for more "indicated"....which possibly is already built into the price that possibly already been agreed.....hence the "speed" of this drilling exercise which imo the scope was very poorly reported in RNS....Seems like some plans were changed the last minute...with the "silent hand" dictating. IMO. GLA

You are correct Shed...but the part that worries me...in the RNS 29th Oct with updated Jorc....LR states..."Going forwards, I look forward to announcing further progress in due course with respect to our stakeholder engagement process for a development application, metallurgical testwork results and the next stage of resource drilling."
Now stakeholder proress has been RNS's and so too next stage of drilling.....notice the METS in between...I really do believe they are completed. This in my mind is also "price sensitive"....so who is sitting on them and why ?
