Welll well well....I see he has changed his tune now from a "placement" to warrants being exercised. In this case he may be right......and I damn well sincerely hope so !!....There are 3billion warrants exercisable at 0.025. I really hope they are being exercised as this "rubber stamps" my theory that all warrants will be exercised before the "end game"....making it 21 Billion shares in issue when its sold. I have no problems with this and it also ensures that we have enough money in the bank to last us until this occurs which is very soon imo. This will also give EUZ enough money to look for another asset as it will be Goldquest Spain being sold off....This is my opinion only. DYOR.GLA

the SP is 0.00023 at the moment so Im saying it will be 0.00138 with TP broker note....:-)

I think with the pending drilling and assays imminent I suspect the broker note will come out after more “indicated” resource is included plus with the Final Mets report looming this will further reduce “risk”.
So as it was .092 at some stage I am going to add a further 50 % and my guess is 0.0138

#EUZ. Started buying these back again 0.02p very oversold considering the size of the #Toral asset here. These were 0.08p not that long ago. Expect a Big Bounce from these levels. I found them hard to buy so I am pretty sure there is no Big seller here #EUZ. As always DYOR.

MCAP on JSE is 165,555,430ZAR which is equal to 8,832,784.98 GBP......yet it really is only 3.34 M GBP.... makes one drink !!

WIth the current SP below the last placing price...00025....a thought ocurred to me that we as PI's are getting a better price now than DB or BH ever got....so maybe in a weird way....the wheel has turned and PI's are getting a good deal here. So maybe...just maybe....LR is protecting us....who knows.

Emailed LR yesterday and asked him the following question….
Any chance of putting out an RNS that the data room is open and NDA's are signed and Due diligence by some parties is underway?.....would love to see the market reaction to this type of news being published.
His response…. Not that but getting on with actual work and will update soon

Honestly guys wth has the BOD got to do with devious posters, shareholders like DB and BH selling to have a free ride ? If you don’t like the BOD or trust them sell up and go. This is AIM and has nothing to do with the BOD !!
LR is just as p***ed off with the SP as we are !!
Who remembers Researchanalyst1 who pumped this up to .007 levels and then DB sold a third of their shares to have a free ride….. and then disappeared….who was he working for ? Now they could be sitting on another 5 billion in terms of warrants and as I have said before….maybe this SP is being kept low so as they cannot exercise their rights to them !!!
Think of the pending sale….we will get a lot more if its sold and the SP is sitting at .00018 than .0010
As the other 5 billion warrants would not be able to be exercised by then. Who knows though…with BH being fired and LR saying he will protect SH’s …maybe he is just doing that…protecting us and we don’t even know !!!!
FWIW I have a lot of faith in this BOD as I know they really know the ball park they are playing in very well and are professionals at their jobs. If anyone on this BB feels they can do a better job I challenge you to put your name forward and we can call a special agm to get you on the BOD.

@Newbie....I think its a gross over reaction today by a few impatient investors...the sell off of a few shares .....no news is imminent until the end of 1st Quarter 2020....I think a few people were "had" if you ask me...we know where we are and what we got...What more can the BOD do ? they are busy finalising point 3 and 4 one would imagine. Anyways I bought a few more today and now own more than African Pioneer. Just to recap....and feel free to add if I have overlooked anything
1. Jorc report produced with ‘indicated” resource. Verified by a third party.
2. Awesome Mets report showing that we are capable of “selling” our products. Also completed and verified by a third party.
3. Final Mets report due and drilling to beef up the Jorc due for completion 1st quarter 2020. This is fully funded.
4. Data room is open, NDA’s are in place. One can therefore safely assume due diligence is being performed by prospective buyers….
