There's some very harsh words being leveled at our BOD at the moment by some who are share holders and maybe some who are not. Anyone reading these posts would think the ship has been sunk but quite the contrary in my opinion. There'sl time for the FEED funding to materialise and we are funded until the end of the year. Given the extraodinary circumstances lately re the weather, gas supplies and Russia not to mention loch Larne's geological and geographical setting I would expect this share price to be steadily increasing and I believe in the not too distant future that's precisely what it will do. Loss is something we should bear on our own and not criticise others for what we are responsable for. None of us know the level of effort the BOD are putting in to INFA so I will do as I always do and support the directors until I KNOW different. Adrian,Graham, Peter and Karen have my full support and I remain fully commited to this project. SS INFA, Happy to be aboard. Fair winds.
Today is the smallest spread I have seen .25 - .254p Nearly 2m bought this morning. I also had a top up. Still some long term holders believing in this project. Fair winds
Russia has always seen its position as an energy exporter as a source of leverage as well as revenue, a means of demonstrably rewarding friends and punishing enemies.
crl123 good to hear from you. I'm still holdng with a large loss the same as all long term holders. Hoping they will pull the Easter Bunny out of the hat. Don't see any sense pulling out at this point. Believe the project will happen.
crl123 I’m sure we are all feeing the same as you, a bit concerned of how things are going to pan out but we are all holding here because we believe that things will come right in the end. I believe we are 95% of the way there and we just need to hold our nerve. It’s painful at the moment but no pain no gain. I remember sailing past the Isle of Skye on a 38ft yacht in a force 10 with the storm jib up and poor visibility due to white horses and spray and wondering what the hell made me do something as stupid as this. There were reports coming over the radio of other yachts being dismasted. But when we pulled into the shelter of Plockton harbour all aboard had a feeling of uphoria and 100% alive and what a night we had on the fiddle and accordion in the pub. If you don’t stretch yourself you may never reach it. Fair winds.
Hi mcadder, spud gave you my phone number just before the recent agm. Give me a call if you like.
I guess FEED funding will be a concern until it happens but I believe it will happen one way or another. Either through Invester/tennent, group of investors or placing. We can only wait to see what route they choose and react accordingly. One things for sure, the pressure is mounting but SS INFAs boiler is holding firm. I do believe that all shareholders holding firm will be rewarded.
Setanta. You are obviously more clued up on this than I am. They would prefer to buy during a placing to add value to the company addmittadly but why not?
It’s not beyond the realms of possibilities that a Ned has dipped their hand in their pocket or one of the guests at the meeting has grown in confidence. Pure speculation but then I can can’t I. Fair winds. DYOR
In my opinion after having attended the meeting this morning INFA will raise the monies needed to kickstart the Feed shortly. I have 8m shares and feel very comfortable holding them. The integrity of the new board is first class and it was a pleasure to meet them today. DYOR
See you there spud. I’ll be at the Knights Templar around 9.45 if anyone wants to meet up beforehand. That’s the one in Carey Street.
Hope so Setanta1. Let’s hope this time tomorrow things look a bit different. Just battered my way through Newcastle on my way to London. Thought I saw Mrs Neville on the platform.
I will be at the AGM this week. It would be good to know who else is going. 900 mile round trip but reckon it's worth it to meet the new board and assess the situation first hand. Dipped my toe in the Irish sea this morning at .33, feels icy cold. I hope thats because it doesn't benefit from the gulf stream. Fair winds.
Well said DaWa, It's a pity you dont post more on this bb it would help to balance the opinions of current posters. Likewise Setanta well said also. There are no gaurantees but recently it seems like the tail is wagging the dog on this site. Lets hear it from the horses mouth next Wednesday. There seems to be a lot of livestock on this ship. Fair winds.
Sit back and relax crl. The Company's annual accounts for the year ended 31 July 2017, together with the directors' report and auditor's report on these accounts (the "2017 Annual Report and Accounts") shall be published and circulated to shareholders before the date of the AGM. It is expected that the 2017 Annual Report and Accounts will then be tabled for consideration at a separate general meeting of the Company, which is intended to be held immediately following the AGM. Further details of such proposed general meeting shall be provided in due course. Fair winds.
Well said Miller man I couldn’t agree more. The AIM will do what it always does and that’s to not make a lot of sense. I’m sitting on a heavy loss like most of the posters here but my view is to hang in there and see what happens. I’m hoping the AGM will reveal some of what’s been going on behind the scenes. The potential is as good as it’s ever been imo. Let’s see what the next few days bring. Fair winds.
Hoping to see an RNS today showing the draft accounts prior to the AGM on the 31st. A positive report from our Captain along side this would be like double rum and rations as we seem to be scraping the bottom of the barrel. As you say CRL proof is in the Christmas pudding but more like bread and butter pudding at the moment. C'mon Capt'n Pocock lets get gun and cutlass to hand and take to the high sea's. Oaarrgghh.
I would think so mcadder. 2017 accounts should be out around 2 weeks before the AGM. Included with this will probably a progress report from our Captain. Fair winds.
Just added a bit more ballast ahead of imminent news. Steady as she goes Capt'n Pocock, steady as she goes.
Company accounts and directors report coming soon. Should make good reading. Fair winds.
