I saw it as a sale. Slightly lower price per share than other trades at the same time too.

Would be good obviously if it was a buy instead.

Also, with nutrition bringing in a large volume of the cash and profit it would surely have to be sold off at fair value, which would be what? £1.5bn? £2bn?

Would be a lovely payout to also keep the rest of the company in the shares we hold. Especially at the current SP levels.

Surely the rest of shareholders would get a special cash dividend seeing as part of the company they bought into is sold off.
