IMO if you really want to land a whale like Coca Cola, Nestle, big Tobacco companies you need the global infrastructure.
Be able to hit the hound running instantly.
I believe this is why THG has pushed forward on their Ingenuity Capex.
"We can provide D2C instantly on a near global level.
Website, production/personalisation, storage, and delivery"
That will be key to landing a REAL whale I think.
They won't want to have to go through the same process and teething problems with 100 different companies around the world.
Also, landing just 1 whale will likely make Ingenuity cash positive.
All of a sudden your warehousing becomes profitable, Ingenuity stops being a drain on the other 2 divisions and we start to see MM's dream materialise.
As soon as 1 Whale sees the value of Ingenuity its likely others will quickly follow suit.
Please can you elaborate on WAP? I don't know what that means.
I'm a holder but don't know all the terminology.
Thank you.
Can anyone explain the latest RNS at 15.43?
Okehurst, now conspiracy theories have calmed back down, have you managed to run any figures on what fair market value would be for Nutrition?
I don't have the data you do on it all and I'm intrigued as to what Mouldy could possibly pull out of that magical hat of his.
Thanks
I can imagine his chat with Qatar.
"Softbank have approached me about buying their shares back, I've agreed a Sale of just a division at 4x the price they want for these shares, you in?" As he is laughing his ass off all the way through.
Poor old softbank, he had their pants down! hahaha.
Oke, you're a man of many figures.
For nutrition where does your fair value figure sit?
What's Nutrition EBITDA? is that something we can figure out? Based on middling sales figures, let's not go quite best case.
Also, with nutrition bringing in a large volume of the cash and profit it would surely have to be sold off at fair value, which would be what? £1.5bn? £2bn?
£1 per share? £1.50
Would be a lovely payout to also keep the rest of the company in the shares we hold. Especially at the current SP levels.
Quite a few trades "went through" after close yesterday, some of them quite sizeable, at considerably lower than the SP.
Are these just likely to be late declared from earlier in the day? Or is there another explanation?
I can't help but think he is holding back positive news to unleash it one after another to see this soar and really stick it to the Shorts.
Better than expected Black Friday.
Higher than predicted profits.
Beauty smashing it.
Ingenuity whale/whales signed.
Could be a torrent of positivity being held back.
That coupled with positive u.s. and then uk inflation figures would be an absolute rocket up the **** of this SP. The shorts would be thoroughly up **** creek. And I think that is what mouldy wants as a last hoorah before he takes this private or sells a division.
A decent rise here this week.Is there a known catalyst for it?The C#£T26 and twatisno need not reply because it will all be tripe anyway.
