Day traders/small profits16 Sep 2023 11:33
Afc is an aim company not ftse 100 or 250 so the amount of stock/money exchanged each day is small for the big players/institutions/pension funds etc. So the likelihood is most daily trades are by small private investors like you and I and “day traders”
Therefore small amounts can shift the daily/weekly/monthly % by a fair amount. Now I presume most posters/readers on here are small private investors that might be persuaded either way to buy or sell their stock on positive/negative posts, RNS and results
If you look at other Aim stock that have low daily trades too you will find the same rampant conversations, either way extremes( in their minds influencing stock).
Posters don’t really bother on 100/250 stock as it is pointless and they can’t influence. Big boys
The shorts were put on due to market sector downturn post Covid boom.
I certainly do not buy into the stock owner bashing rubbish(why would you if your here to make money) and no influence over a company and the market.
Most blaggers will tell you their life stories, how much they bought, got, made, good/bad company is etc to sell their pitch to you and reel you in.
Don’t believe a word of it(Absolute Tosh)
Just filter the ones who driving you potty, including me, DYOR and buy/sell when good for you.
Good luck genuine shareholders.
