Can you guys just quickly answer me this.

I want to sell my novacyt shares first thing this morning. Do you think i'm better off setting a stop loss below the current asking price and trusting the system gets me the best price or refresh frantically and take the first price I can get? Could someone with some experience of using stop losses for volatile shares please help!
