Hi Pablo2
In the same position as yourself being around £2000 down on my combined investment. I am confident that LEN will provide a positive boost to the sp when it is back trading and will be promoted to the big brother status of the pair.

With the fortunes of gold looking like it's on the turn and LEN closing up the shop (potentially) then is LRL perhaps also going to revisit Mount Leyshon,as well as the acquisition of there Tungsten project. JUST thinking aloud.
Interesting to note that the sell price people are getting is increasing each day. Speaks volumes (pun intended)
In my view the 4.1p is a minimum based on conservative figures. I feel this could change in a positive way.

Thanks for your reply to my "plain English" request.
Having reread the rns in more detail, then after the 4.1p payout then the shares we hold are kept on a register and if the company is then wound up then any cash left over is then paid out as a final payment ! Just the way I read it,could be totally wrong. Anyone want to comment.
My reading of the last rns was that without a farm in, then ZJS8 was to high risk to proceed with. This is because the results from the previous wells were below expectations. How this is going to proceed now is difficult to gauge.
The sp is holding well at these levels so I remain confident in len to turn this around.

Agreed with you about the cash burn, it seems the Chinese are pumping extra cash into oil and gas pipelines as well as mining projects.len could be in the right place at the right time.
Fingers and toes crossed.

With their cash reserves and the continued low oil price, then this could not be a better time for a distressed acquisition. No hurry yet, so let's wait and see what develops.
A definite Hold from me !
