i think thats correct. it might be that it needs to be under 3% too. not sure on that.

I think Chika hinted in an email to someone that the shareholders would be updated this week so maybe she knew it was GS.

Sorry to be off topic (well current topic), but i was just having a look at Bushveld Energy site and in the section about the mini grid it states the below...

'It is unique in that it has been developed by independent investors and investment banks and is totally funded outside of the mine’s balance sheet.'

I have searched through articles and rns's but cant find anything about the independent investors and investment banks anywhere. Anyone got any clues? I will keep digging.
