It would appear SNG could have two bites of the cherry here, the first and obvious is can it work to prevent PASC, the second could be can it treat existing pulmonary PASC

Hi blue/Andy if you had attended the AGM, read the sprinter deep dive or were able to flow basic science, you would probably know that the SOC didn't alter the effectiveness of SNG001, but that improved SOC lead to earlier hospital discharge in the placebo group. You would also know the study endpoints were chosen by the FDA.

But if course none of this matters to you, as you are here to try and drive the SP down by a few %, which is fine by me as I'm keen to load up as much as possible before the 90 sprinter data drops.

Conclusions
Early treatment with interferon beta-1b and remdesivir was safe and better than remdesivir only in alleviating symptoms, shorten viral shedding and hospitalization with earlier seropositivity in high-risk COVID-19 patients.

Having the privilege of info from multiple sources that attended the AGM today what I am really pleased about (beyond the substance of the AGM on itself) is just about all the positive statements, answers to questions etc have been corroborated by more than one source. Cheers to all that attended and shared in good faith. Whatever board they are posting on.

At the end of the day, polys interests (making money hand over fist) will be best served with the commercial success of SNG001 - so while I can't comment Tim's statement that poly are brokering a deal, it certainly makes sense that they would be doing everything possible to support the BOD and the company.

Tommy I think you and I are on the same page w this. My expectation is poly invested heavily pre-sprinter on the basis that the science and need were both rock solid, and successful P3 or not the asset has significant value, well above the aproxx 500m MCAP we had at the start of the year.

Here's an open question, you are government of western country X and are looking again at rising covid numbers, you have seen the sprinter sub group analysis (which is of course of those in just about the worst possible state w covid, receiving O2 with no improvement) what do you do?

Doc - £75 is of course a crazy number, but the SP if the treatment does gain approval should still be very far north of £3-5 (tho I would certainly be top slicing at that) - still thousands of people hospitalized w covid every week in the UK, which represents a tiny % of the world's population, add influenza, RSV etc and the market is still absolutely massive.
