I am quite sure William Black (and others) are fully aware how AB works, he hates the prospect of being dislodged from his personal gravy train and will do all he can to obstruct such a threat.

The Non Executive Directors who are supposed to oversee governance are purely puppets that are on AB's string (Kaintz LOL) - they are non events, this is important.

There is no official explanation of why, all of a sudden, AB wants to issue more shares. Let me offer some commentary on this matter, albeit speculative, if you look at what has happened historically to others that had the audacity to potentially dislodge AB the nuclear option of DILUTION comes into play regularly.

There is no doubt that AB will dilute any threat into oblivion if he can, the very fact he has personally posted on LSE this week that this is not the case tells you all you need to know. Who really believes a word he says.

AB has starved to market of news for a reason, he wants the SP as low as possible so he can issue a shed load of cheap shares to his disciples, cheaply as possible, to avert the risk of being removed.
